Mark P. Russell

Mr. Russell joined Semtech in January 2024 as the senior vice president of global sales and marketing. Mr. Russell is a highly accomplished and dynamic executive with a proven track record in the global semiconductor and technology industry. Previously, Mr. Russell was the head of global sales for IR HiRel Products, Inc., an Infineon Technologies Company from February 2019 through December 2023, where he implemented a sales and marketing process yielding significant revenue increase in both top and bottom-line sales. Mr. Russell held sales leadership positions at Texas Instruments Incorporated, Sanmina Corporation and Microsemi as well.
