Semtech has announced new addition to its TClamp platform. The two-line, 36V TClamp3602P offers enhanced levels of protection against both surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) in a small leadless package. This transient voltage suppression (TVS) array is optimized for safeguarding industrial data interfaces such as RS-485 and CAN from dangerous transient threats, while also minimizing capacitive loading on data interfaces.
