概览
RClamp®0518PQ is specifically designed to provide secondary surge and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection on high-speed ports. RClamp0518PQ integrates low capacitance, surge-rated steering diodes with a high power transient voltage suppressor (TVS). The TVS utilizes snap-back or “crow-bar” technology to minimize device clamping voltage and features high surge current capability of 10A (tp=8/20μs). The ESD characteristics are highlighted by high ESD withstand voltage (+/-30kV per IEC 61000-4-2) and extremely low dynamic resistance (0.05 Ohms typical). RClamp0518PQ is is in a 9-pin SGF2708N9 package that measures 2.7X0.80mm with a nominal height of only 0.5mm. The leads are finished with lead-free NiAu and the flow-through package design simplifies PCB layout. RClamp0518PQ will protect eight lines operating at 5V and is rated to Grade 1 of AEC-Q100 for use in automotive applications.
