概览
μClamp® series of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) arrays are designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and surge. They feature large cross-sectional area junctions for conducting high transient currents. They offer desirable characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage and no device degradation.
μClamp2424PWQ 集成了四个额定电压为 24V 的双向 TVS 二极管。其突出的 ESD 特性是高 ESD 耐压（根据 IEC 61000-4-2 为 +/-30kV 接触/空气放电）和低动态电阻。每条线路的额定最大电气过载 (EOS) 电流为 5A (tp = 8/20μs)。
