概览
uClamp® series of transient voltage suppressor (TVS) devices are designed to protect sensitive electronics from damage or latch-up due to electrostatic discharge (ESD). They feature large cross-sectional area junctions for conducting high transient currents. They offer desirable characteristics for board level protection including fast response time, low operating and clamping voltage, and no device degradation. uClamp0581ZF is in a DFN 0.8X0.5X0.25mm 2-Lead package. Leads are spaced at a pitch of 0.48mm and are Pb-free. Each device will protect one unidirectional line operating at 5.0 volts.
