概览
The uClamp1291ZV is a single line, unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) specifically designed for electrical overstress (EOS) protection of a DC voltage bus operating up to +12V. It features a large cross sectional area junction for conducting high transient current (30A, tp=8/20us), low clamping voltage, and no device degradation. Protection characteristics are further highlighted by high electrostatic discharge (ESD) withstand voltage (+/-30kV per IEC 61000-4-2) and low dynamic resistance.
