概览
The SC3203 is an integrated, synchronous 3A EcoSpeed® step-down regulator. It incorporates Semtech’s advanced, patented adaptive on-time architecture to achieve best-in-class dynamic performance using point-of-load applications. The input voltage range is 9V to 16V, and the output voltage is adjustable from 0.75V to 7.5V. The device features an internal LDO and automatic PSAVE mode for high efficiency across the output load range.
