The SC705 is a low input voltage, low Ron load switch, designed for use in battery powered applications. Integrated circuitry controls the switch to minimize resistance over a wide range of conditions.
The device provides controlled soft-start to limit inrush current. The SC705 features an automatic discharge circuit which discharges the output when the part is disabled.
