The TS55101 is a DC/DC synchronous switching Li-ion Battery Charger with fully integrated power switches, internal compensation, and full fault protection. The switching frequency of 1MHz enables the use of small filter components, resulting in smaller board space and reduced BOM costs.

- Wide input voltage range: 4.0V to 16.5V
- Programmable temperature-compensated termination voltage with +/-0.5% tolerance
- Up to 2.0A of continuous output current in Constant Current (CC) mode
- User programmable charging current
- High efficiency - 92% at typical load
- Current mode PWM control in constant voltage
- Supervisor for VBAT reported at the nFLT pin
- Input supply under voltage lockout
- Full protection for over-current, over-temp, VBAT over-voltage, and charging timeout
- Charge status indication
- I2C program interface with EEProm registers
- Integrated 50mA LDO output
