GN25L81 is a combined a 2.5Gbps DML Driver and dual rate 2.5/1.25Gbps burst mode limiting amplifier for Fibre-To-The-Room (FTTr) and gigabit passive optical network (GPON) optical line terminal (OLT) applications. The laser driver provides optimum performance with reliable dual loop extinction ratio control and eye-shaping. A compliant diagnostic reporting structure is enabled by a high-accuracy Analog to Digital Converter (ADC).
