概览
GN7161 is a combined 50Gbps EML laser driver with 25Gbps burst mode limiting amplifier for HS-PON optical line terminal (OLT) applications. Transmit eye-shaping technology is combined with a reference-free CDR to achieve a high quality driver output. The burst mode limiting amplifier integrates AC-coupling capacitors and meets HS-PON timing and sensitivity requirements. Applications for GN7161 include asymmetric HS-PON and 50G-triple-gen PON OLT modules.
